Grand Wailea Maui Resort

The beautiful Grand Wailea in Maui, Hawaii houses 780 guestrooms, including 52 suites. AOA was responsible for partial renovation, partial new construction, and overall transformation of spaces at the Grand Wailea including food and beverage renovations for 5 venues. The food and beverage projects included design coordination effort with Tihany Design, the architect of record, and consultant teams as well as Vita landscaping / Focus lighting coordination. AOA was also responsible for value engineering, scope clarification, and buy-out for the adult and family pools as well as guestrooms. AOA hosted weekly coordination meetings in regards to the Owner/Architect/Contractor, food and beverage, open issues, and model room design coordination.
