Macy's Parade Float - Rexy by Coach

AOA's Tech team provided engineering support for Macy's Rexy float for Coach. As one of the only moving floats in the 2019 Macy's Thanksgiving Day Parade, Rexy came with structural challenges. AOA provided third party review of the mechanical structure and mechanism that would allow Rexy's head to be animated on two axes and Rexy's tail on one axis, per AOA's conceptual video. After AOA's careful planning and calculations, the top-heavy dinosaur was able to stand tall on it's two small circular platforms during the Parade.
