Sands Macao

AOA was responsible for the overall facility design management for the Sands development in Macao near Hong Kong.​ This 400 Million Capital improvement included facility/MEP system integration and design management, and facility constructibility reviews for interior design and construction. Landscaping, pool, and graphics design management and buyout was also done by AOA as well as other interior design management as it pertains to the Spa, Athletic Center, Presidential Suite, Executive Room, and integration with corporate sponsor Rolls Royce/ Bentley. ​
