Joseph’s 30 years of construction experience has taught him a lot of things, but one lesson sticks out: there’s always a way. Amidst his countless projects in residential, commercial, industrial, theme park, and hospitality building, Joseph has brought innovative thinking to each and every project. Whether he’s building an island of adventure or an enchanted castle overseas, Joseph is here to connect the technical to the practical.

Joseph has worked on a vast number of theme park construction and ride rehabilitation projects: Universal Studios Orlando’s Islands of Adventure, New Fantasyland at Disney’s Magic Kingdom, Shanghai Disneyland, and Disney Vacation Club resort projects across Florida. And while Joseph is a theme park aficionado at heart, he has also worked on launching the complex 37B construction for the Delta IV Rocket at the Kennedy Space Center in Cape Canaveral, Florida – you could say that Joseph has taken his skills to the stars and back.

And speaking of taking things to the stars and back, Joseph has learned one key thing during his illustrious career: there is always a way to get where you need to be. Although Joseph’s responsibilities have varied from project to project, his work focuses around project planning, scheduling, material procurement, value engineering, manpower assessment, field trouble shooting, safety assessments, and project turnover. For Joseph, there’s always a way to deliver a project on-time and on-budget regardless of the obstacles – and connecting the technical to the practical is just one aspect of building something beautiful.
