Our Services

“Whatever it takes to get the job done” is on all of our resumes.

Master Planning and Visioning

We work to identify clear objectives for your project and define what it will become. We deliver strategic plans, site layout, and preliminary estimations in line with your operational and design goals.

Concept Design and Development

With a firm strategy as our foundation, we develop big ideas and explore solutions to bring your story to life. In this phase, we collaborate and transform high-level concepts into impactful, guest-focused narratives and lush, detailed renderings. Scope, schedule, and budget development further support the buildability and feasibility of your vision.

Previsualization

We breathe life into your experiential ideas, creating flythroughs for executive-level reviews and marketing purposes. Through XR (AR, VR) tools, our previs team helps to execute your vision and create stunning digital environments.

Architecture

We progress innovative ideas into reality by developing detailed drawings, leveraging current BIM practices, and creating packages for bid, permit, and construction. We work with engineering and specialty consultants to deliver a comprehensive design solution.

Show Set Design

Our Show Set team works to create all of an experience’s uniquely designed components. Creating out-of-this-world show elements and props, our team gives depth, weight, and distinct personality to your project’s practical environment.

Interior Design

Putting the finishing touches on any built environment, our team identifies and sources furniture, fixtures, and materials. We find unique textures and finishes from reputable vendors, delivering precise and imaginative work from early concept through installation. We provide design and procurement services for everything from paint and tile to tablecloths, drapes, and more.

Strategic Engineering

From ride vehicles and show systems to observation decks at the top of the world, we work across complex engineering scopes to ensure broad technical coordination and timely delivery. We strategize the coordination of drawings, procurement, installation, and testing for one-of-a-kind systems, combining decades of technical knowledge in civil, structural, and MEP engineering.

Graphic Design

Responsible for all things eye-catching, our graphic design team ensures that information is expressed in an engaging and unforgettable way. Whether creating marketing materials that draw guests in, signage that points the way, or fundraising decks to inspire your finance partners, our graphic designers provide an aesthetic flair that clearly expresses the core themes of a project’s story.

Media Production

Combining innovative storytelling with rich visuals and custom audio, we craft unforgettable journeys that transport guests. From videography and motion graphics to 2D and 3D animation, our team can create breathtaking media experiences designed for any surface. Seamlessly integrating media into dynamic projection mapping or displays makes us a one stop shop for the digital aspect of your next immersive physical experience.

Technical Direction and Integration

We ensure unique and complex systems work effectively and meet performance objectives, creating dynamic effects through audio, media, projections, lighting, and good old-fashioned smoke and mirrors. We invent special effects, test mock-ups and proofs of concept, and integrate intricate programming. As many of our projects are one-of-a-kind, we offer technical expertise to make sure custom creations astonish and amaze.

Mockups and Prototypes

Unique problems require unique solutions. Whether facing technical integration challenges or needing to develop a convincing illusion, we apply our experience in highly technical and complex problem solving. By creating detailed mock-ups and prototypes, clients work with our team in real space to make minute adjustments, solving small problems before fabrication and implementation makes them big ones.

Scenic Paint and Fabrication

From designing and painting colorful murals to fabricating authentic props, we provide a decorative flair and truly set the scene. Through a variety of paint and fabrication techniques, we beautify spaces and visually transport audiences into the story. Our team creates models, set dressing, painted scenery, and more, giving each story depth and dimension.

Project Management

Overseeing all facets of project development, we ensure the delivery of an excellent and safe guest experience. We coordinate schedules throughout a project life cycle, manage relationships with vendors and stakeholders, and ensure projects meet client expectations. From concept to completion, we strive for timely project delivery and cost-conscious budgets.

Construction QA and QC

We ensure projects stay on track as the guest experience, creative vision, and facility construction converge. Our team works in conjunction with owners, contractors, and other key stakeholders to troubleshoot problems and document progress. Before we hand over the keys to your brand-new experience, we make sure that what you bought gets built.
