MASTER PLANNING AND PRELIMINARY DESIGN

AOA’s Master Planning and Visioning Team works openly and collaboratively to ground ourselves in the goals and vision of the client. We work quickly to define our initial impressions and align with the project and stakeholders.
Open-ended conversations allow us to find the most precious of things: a good idea. While good ideas can spark thoughts and conversation, really good ideas make people feel a certain way. Emotional impact is at the heart of exceptional guest experience, and we use narrative storytelling as the guiding light for these really good ideas. How will your guests feel going through your experience? What will they see and feel? What will they smell and taste? How will this experience adapt to different ages, abilities, and backgrounds? By placing the guest experience at the forefront of a design’s earliest stages, we can make informed decisions on layout, guest flow, site evaluation, and operations. Each of these components, carefully researched and validated by our Master Planning and Visioning team, is crucial for a themed experience’s success.
