Turtle Bay

Turtle Bay, located on the North Shore of Oahu, was originally constructed in the early 1970s and boasts ocean views for each guest room.

AOA provided design management, construction management, and project management services for the renovation of the resort’s existing structures, including complete enhancement and refurbishment of the hotel, cottages, pools, and outdoor venues. Renovations included the new entry and porte cochère, as well as construction and FF&E upgrades to the resort’s 410 refurbished guest rooms. The resort’s meeting spaces, retail outlets, food and beverage locations, lobby check-in, and 42 cottages were also renovated during this effort. Interior and exterior upgrades to the landscaping and lighting were performed throughout the entire resort facility. AOA provided coordination on the refreshed signage, lighting, landscaping, and more, and even worked on upgrading the resort’s new horseback riding stables.
