AOA’S FIRST PROJECT – A TASTE OF NAPLES IN EPCOT

Famed restauranter Nick Valenti spent time in Naples studying the art of dough, crust, sauce, and oven temperatures at the famous pizzerias Da Michele and Trianon before creating the menu at Via Napoli Ristorante e Pizzeria.

Via Napoli was AOA’s first project, and we took on several project management responsibilities for this 322-seat restaurant space. We oversaw the project’s construction management, performed cost estimating, and conducted financial analysis. As owner’s representatives, we worked diligently to ensure the Patina Restaurant Group was getting the quality delivery they paid for while managing relationships throughout the project’s construction phase. Voted Critic’s Choice for “Best Theme Park Restaurant” by the Orlando Sentinel, Via Napoli was created by the Patina Restaurant Group, who operates the popular Naples Ristorante e Pizzeria at the Disneyland Resort and the Naples 45 Ristorante e Pizzeria in New York City, which was awarded the coveted La Vera Pizza Napoletana certification.
